Cooks! Culinary Programs were developed to provide quality cooking instruction
to both the amateur cook and the working chef. With the rising costs and
year-long schedules of traditional culinary schools falling out of reach of the
working public, a short-term, reasonably priced alternative was the next
logical step. We are becoming tired of the cooking shows on TV, which lack the
potent aromas & exciting flavors of a real kitchen experience. Our classes
provide HANDS-ON experiences for all of the senses alike. A NOTE TO OUR CHEF STUDENTS:
We would like to thank our loyal students for their continued patience during this difficult time of reorganization within Kalamazoo Culinary Programs. We have had made the decision to temporarily cancel all classes until further notice. Our Administration is working diligently to return all phone calls and emails in the order that they were received.
In the meanwhile, we do have several Chef Instructors who are teaching classes on-location or personal instruction, within pre-approved kitchen environments. A waiting list is available if you are interested in having a Chef Instructor teach a class within your business or organization.
